Refund Policy

We want every subscriber to be happy with Flow AI Video. If a plan isn't right for you, this policy explains when you can get your money back. Please read it before you buy.

Refund eligibility

• Subscription credits only. Refunds apply to subscription plans (Lite, Pro and Ultra, monthly or annual). One-time add-on credit packs cannot be refunded.
• Within 3 days. Ask for a refund within 3 days of the purchase or renewal you want refunded.
• Light use only. If you have used more than 50 credits from that purchase, it is no longer eligible for a refund, however soon you ask.
• One refund per account. Each account can receive one refund. After that, purchases on the account are non-refundable.

How to request a refund

1. Email us at support@flowaivideo.studio.
2. Include the email address of your Flow AI Video account, the order or receipt number, the purchase date and the reason for your request.
3. Send it within 3 days of the purchase.

How refunds are processed

We review every request and reply by email. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method; your bank or card issuer may take 5–10 business days to show it. Credits from a refunded purchase are removed from your account.

The refund may be reduced by a processing fee of up to six percent (6%) of the original payment, to cover payment-processor costs. Add-on credit packs are not refundable.

Failed generations

If a video fails to generate, the credits it used are returned to your balance automatically. This is a credit refund, not a money refund, and does not count toward the 50-credit limit above.

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel any time from your billing settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; your plan and its credits stay active until the end of the period you already paid for. Cancelling on its own does not refund the current period — for that, the eligibility rules above apply.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank; we can usually sort things out faster. Accounts with an open chargeback may be suspended until it is resolved.

Your rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes take effect when they are posted on this page, and the date above shows the latest version. Purchases made before a change follow the policy in effect at the time of purchase.
