Content & Likeness Policy

Flow AI Video turns photos into videos, often of real people. That makes consent and honesty essential. This policy applies to everything you upload, every prompt you write and every video you create or share, alongside our Terms of Service.

Use photos with consent

• Upload photos of yourself, or of people who have agreed to be in your video.
• If someone asks you to remove a video of them, please do so.
• Don't upload photos of children unless you are their parent or guardian, and never in any sexual, violent or humiliating context.
• Treat people who have passed away with respect, and follow any wishes their families have made public.

Famous people, songs and trends

Many effects are based on viral trends, music videos or memes. Using a template does not give you any rights to the artists, songs or characters involved; those belong to their owners, and Flow AI Video is not affiliated with or endorsed by them. Don't present a video as real footage of, or an endorsement by, a real person.

Not allowed

You must not use Flow AI Video to create, upload or share:

• Sexual content involving minors — zero tolerance. We remove it, close the account and report it to the authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).
• Sexual or nude imagery of real people without their explicit consent, including "deepfake" pornography.
• Deception: videos meant to mislead people about real events, impersonate someone, commit fraud or scams, or interfere with elections.
• Harassment and bullying, including videos that mock, humiliate or threaten a real person.
• Hate: content that attacks people for their race, ethnicity, religion, nationality, disability, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation or similar characteristics.
• Violence: realistic gore, glorifying violence or terrorism, or encouraging self-harm.
• Illegal content, or content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity rights.

Label AI videos when you share them

When you post a Flow AI Video video, make it clear that it was made with AI, especially if it shows real people. Follow the AI-content rules of the platform you post on.

How we enforce this policy

We may use automated checks and human review on uploads, prompts and results. If content breaks this policy we may block the generation, remove the content, limit or suspend your account, or close it. Credits spent on content that breaks this policy are not refunded. We cooperate with law enforcement where the law requires it.

Report a problem

If you see a Flow AI Video video that uses your likeness without consent or breaks this policy, email support@flowaivideo.studio with the subject "Report", a link or description of the content, and why it should be removed. For copyright claims, see our DMCA Policy.
